The Rain it falls
The sky it shatters
The night, it comes to life
A darkness forged in endless light
The storm is unrelentless
The world breaks up in lightless flames
but still I do not shiver
A flash of dark, a stroke of light
A touch of fear, a spark of terror,
And yet I hardly blink,
For I know over here and I know over there,
My protector, He will guide me
